God called Robert Bakss from a law practice to the gospel ministry in 1987. He has served as pastor of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia since 1997. He led the church to found the Lighthouse Baptist Bible Institute, a school training preachers, evangelists, missionaries and Christian workers for Australia and beyond.

Lou Baldwin was a successful businessman when he trusted Christ as Saviour in 1976. After answering the call to preach, he was led to plant the Crossroads Baptist Church in Bailey Crossroads, VA. He founded the Conference on Evangelizing Black America (COEBA) in 1994, leading the way in an international effort to plant fundamental Baptist churches in the black community.

Raymond Barber been a faithful preacher of the gospel ministry for well over fifty years. For thirty-five of those years, he served as pastor of the Worth Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He is the founder of the Independent Baptist Fellowship International and the Norris Bible Baptist Institute. He is a great pulpiteer, preaching frequently in revival meetings, Bible and mission conferences, Bible colleges, fellowship meetings, and national gatherings.

He serves as president of the Fundamental Baptist Fellowship International and editor of FrontLine magazine.
