This purpose of this article is to enhance your search capabilities. The following article deals with the most common features of this search engine. The following example demonstrates the optimal way to search the site.
Imagine you are searching for Clarence Sexton, pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Powell, Tennessee - 37849 in the United States:
Search by Country
A broad search for a specific ministry or pastor can be conducted by country. This method will usually yield a large amount of information to you will need to browse through in order to find that particular ministry or pastor. This search method would also enable you to approximate how many ministries are in a particular country.
Example: United States, Canada, etc...
Search by City Name or State
To narrow your focus, search by a particular state or city. This will greatly reduce the amount of information returned.
Example: Tennessee, Denver, Colorado, etc...
Search by Zipcode
A zipcode is attached to a particular city or county to aid in sorting through a state more specifically. You may know that there is a Independent Baptist church near Powell, Tennessee but you do not know the church's name. Searching by zip code will return listed churches or ministries in that zip code region.
Example: 37849, 90210, etc.
Search by Area Code or by Phone Number
You may only have the phone number of the ministry you are looking for. Enter the phone number or the area code to find the ministry.
Example: 865, 8659388182, etc...
Search by Ministry or Title
The most efficient method is to search for the name of the church or the name of the pastor of the church/director of that ministry. If you wish to find the church Clarence Sexton serves as pastor, enter Clarence Sexton in the search box, and the search engine will return the correct information.
Example: Temple Baptist Church, Clarence, Sexton, Clarence Sexton, etc...
