The Exhibitor’s Center at Baptist Friends will host a number of helpful displayers including Christian publishers, educators, musicians, and mission agencies!  The Exhibitor’s Center will be open before and after most conference sessions and is located adjacent to the Main Auditorium.

Display Tables

Each exhibit space will be approximately 8 ft. by 5 ft. One 6 ft. table with a black tablecloth and skirt will be provided. If your display exceeds this area, additional spaces are available for a reduced fee (see Registration Fee below).

Registration Packet Materials

Most exhibitors choose to send at least one piece of printed literature to be included in the Baptist Friends registration packet. These packets are given to each attendee that registers for the conference. If you would like to send literature for these packets, please ship 500 copies to the address provided below:

 * Literature for the registration packets must be received no later than Monday, April 4.

Registration Fee

Exhibitor Registration Fee = $150.00

Includes: One space/table in the Exhibitor’s Center and free conference registration for two exhibitors.

Optional services

• Add up to 2 tables - $100.00 each

•  Include up to five sets of printed literature in the registration packets - $50.00 for each set.
